Welcome to The Riverbend 43.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through theriverbend.holidayfuture.com and govern your use of our website and accommodation services.

By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary, including where incorrect pricing, fraudulent activity or other unforeseen circumstances occur.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our approved booking providers.

Deposit requirements, payment schedules and balances due are displayed during the booking process and must be completed by the specified due dates.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.

We strongly encourage guests to carefully review the applicable cancellation policy before confirming their reservation.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard Check-in: From 3:00 pm

Standard Check-out: By 10:00 am

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to cleaning schedules and booking availability.

House Rules

Guests agree to comply with all published House Rules throughout their stay.

Our House Rules are designed to protect the property, maintain a safe environment and ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing experience.

Failure to comply with the House Rules may result in additional charges or termination of the booking where appropriate.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

Respecting the property and neighbouring residents.

Supervising children around the river, pontoon and waterfront.

Using all recreational equipment safely.

Returning complimentary kayaks, paddleboards and life jackets after use.

Reporting any damage or maintenance issues promptly.

Leaving the property in a reasonable condition at departure.

Damage & Maintenance

We understand accidents can happen.

Guests are asked to report any accidental damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so they can be resolved quickly.

Failure to report significant damage may result in additional charges.

Recreational Activities

Guests use the river, pontoon, kayaks, paddleboards, boats and all recreational facilities entirely at their own risk.

Life jackets should always be worn when using watercraft.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult whenever near the water.

Security

The Riverbend 43 is fitted with external security cameras positioned around entrances, parking areas and waterfront access points.

These cameras are used solely for property security, guest safety and incident investigation where required.

There are no security cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.

Website Content

All photographs, logos, branding, written content and other material displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of The Riverbend 43 unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure guest safety and comfort, The Riverbend 43 shall not be liable for injury, loss, theft, damage or inconvenience arising from the use of the property or recreational facilities except where required under Australian law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, bushfires, power outages, road closures, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
